Pablo Cafici performs as the pianist of the JP Jofre Hard Tango Chamber Band, an ensemble at the forefront of New Tango, a contemporary fusion of tango, jazz, and classical music led by GRAMMY®-nominated bandoneonist and composer JP Jofre. In addition to his work as a performer, Pablo has served as producer on several of the group’s landmark recordings, including the Double Concerto for Bandoneon and Violin with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Manifiesto, Bandoneon y Cuerdas, and Dúo (Kyung Sun Lee). His collaboration with the ensemble has brought him to major theaters and festivals worldwide, performing throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America.
